1Information we collect
Account & order data: name, phone, email (optional), delivery address, GPS coordinates (if you tap “Use my location”), order items and payment method.
Communications: messages you send via support, legal request forms, or rider verification.
Technical: device type, browser, IP address, and analytics events (page views, searches) — only if you accept analytics cookies.
Prescriptions: files you upload for pharmacy orders are stored securely and only visible to the dispensing pharmacist and admins.
2How we use it
- Process and deliver orders, calculate fees, and share OTP/QR with your rider.
- Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and keep the marketplace fair for merchants.
- Improve search, recommendations and delivery times (aggregated insights).
- Send order updates by SMS/email where you provided contact details.
- Comply with Zambian law and respond to lawful requests.
3Sharing
We share only what’s needed: your delivery address & phone with the assigned rider and merchant, and anonymised analytics with our measurement tools if you consented. We never sell your data. Payment is cash on delivery / mobile money — we do not store card numbers.
4Retention & security
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and dispute resolution. Prescription uploads are retained per pharmacy regulation then securely deleted. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; access is role-based for admin/rider accounts.
5Your rights
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete or restrict processing (where law permits).
- Withdraw analytics consent anytime via the cookie banner or browser settings.
