Browse Shop, add items to your basket, then Checkout. Choose cash on delivery, mobile money or card on arrival, confirm the address and place the order. You’ll receive a ZNK-XXXXXX number for tracking.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. Checkout offers guest ordering. You can create an account optionally to save addresses and see order history; an account may be auto-created for you with login details emailed.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day within Lusaka (often 60-180 minutes depending on store and traffic) and 1–3 days nationwide. Live tracking shows packing, dispatch and rider location.

How do I track my order?

Go to Track Order and enter your ZNK number. You’ll see status timeline, rider details, OTP/QR verification and a live map between merchant and your delivery point.

What is the OTP / QR code?

A 6-digit OTP and a single-use QR token are generated for each order. Share either with the rider on arrival to confirm delivery. Codes expire after delivery.

Cash on delivery, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, and card on arrival where supported. Prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

You can cancel before the merchant accepts. After acceptance or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible — contact support immediately.
